Located at Lady Sarah's private house. There is a large dining room for the Ladies to dine, a comfortable lounge where the Court is held and in the hall there is a cage for slaves and a public pillory.

Part of the house has been converted into three specialist BDSM rooms.

There is a prison with cells and rack, a Ladies boudoir and a torture room with Y-bench, bondage chair, ST Andrews cross and suspension equipment.
